It looks really cool, is really cheap, and the university is ranked high in the international rankings. Have any of you done any pre-college programs abroad before? I've traveled to europe with my parents before, but I don't have any experience going there alone, but I cannot imagine that it's that much different than going to a pre-college program in a different state!
